What is Totalete?
Totalete is an athlete and influencer index built for sports marketers. It brings together pro, college, retired and creator talent from every major league into one searchable directory so you can find partners, plan campaigns and manage outreach.
How do I search and filter athletes?
Use the search bar at the top of any page. You can filter by sport, league, territory, athlete type (Pro Athlete, College, Retired Athlete or Influencer), and social platform reach.
How do campaigns and the kanban board work?
When you follow an athlete they appear on your personal board. You can also create campaigns and drag athletes through stages such as Shortlisted, Contacted, Negotiating, Booked and Live. Stage names can be renamed and reordered to match your workflow.
Who can see private contact details?
Email addresses, agent details and other private contact fields are only visible to authenticated site admins. Public profile pages show only publicly available social handles and follower counts.
How is an athlete's profile updated?
Admins can edit athlete details, avatars, social handles, follower counts, territories, sport, league and athlete type directly from the athlete profile or the database admin page.

How Base Reach is Calculated
Base Reach is a weighted score that lets you compare athletes and influencers across platforms. We only use verified follower counts — raw handles without a number do not count.
1. Weight each platform — multiply the verified follower count by the multiplier above.
2. Add a website bonus — if the athlete has a personal website, the total gets a 10% boost.
3. Round it — the final score is rounded to the nearest whole number and used for rankings, leaderboards and search sorting.
